Tina graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2007. Since then she’s worked with a variety of populations in many settings from events to spas, chiropractors to private practice. Her massage style is intentional, intuitive, and anatomy-specific, while still cohesive and nurturing. She believes the body is self-healing, but as it tangles in the web of life, occasionally needs catalysts or reminders. Her goal is to hold space for her clients so they, as a team, can build trust with the body and act as one of those catalysts.
She integrates a blend of techniques and concepts including myofascial, sports, DermoNeuroModulation, Swedish, among others, to address client concerns such as pain, stress relief, overuse tension, and athletic support. However, she continuously experiences that the key to achieving wellness goals via massage is less about adhering to a particular set of protocols or techniques, and more about intention and the beneficial properties of healthy, focused touch in itself.
She loves being part of the wellness community, and works towards ethical and compassionate living, fitness for mind+body+spirit, and is obsessed with animals, travel, creativity, being outside, music, and baking.
