Kristen completed my initial RYT 200 hr with Breathe For Change in 2018 and went on to become certified in Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Block & Roll myofascial release through Wild Abundant Life. While Power Vinyasa was where it all began for her, her heart truly belongs to the gentler side of yoga. Kristen lives for the moments of introspection and reflection that can happen during a Yin or Restorative class!
Kristen started practicing yoga as a way to counteract the stressors of daily life. Kristen quickly learned that when she gets on her mat, everything starts to make sense. She always strives to take the self-awareness that She cultivates on the mat with me off the mat, which is why she LOVES to share this practice with others.
