Candlelit Yoga

In a soft room lit by candles, Talia’s class will bring you to a place of mental and physical tranquility. Her kind and playful nature will open a safe space to breathe, meditate, stretch, explore, and release. Talia embraces elements of hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. Incorporating light massage, pressure point therapy, and aromatherapy, you will leave her class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a combination of body conditioning, endurance and resistance training. Using high-intensity, it targets strength building and muscular endurance. Circuit training traditionally allows for short breaks between exercises, with rapid movement to the next exercise.

Deep Stretch

Deep stretch yoga is the perfect way to wind down after a long day. Mainly floor postures, this class allows for gentle exploration of stretches and poses that are designed to promote relaxation and a deeper connection to your yoga practice. All are welcome, this class is appropriate for all experience levels.

Jump Rope Interval

Kara teaches an innovative, highly effective and safe class. Jump Rope Interval is challenging and includes cutting edge, metabolic training techniques. Using HITT training, jump rope intervals and light weights, these classes are the most efficient way to change your body in a group exercise setting.

Resistance

The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body.

Sivananda Hatha Yoga

Sivananda is one of the best known yoga schools in the world. It focuses on classical Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on mindfulness, breathing, strength building, spine health, and restoration. Class begins with breathing exercises and traditional sun salutations, followed by a set sequence of poses with frequent rest (Savasana) to foster restoration and rejuvenation.  Most postures are held for a few minutes to fully experience them. The sequence is designed to build muscle strength, enhance flexibility, and improve breathing capacity and mental focus. Classes end with thorough relaxation with extended Savasana. Beginners welcome.

Zumba

The hot fitness program that has taken the country by storm. If you like the idea of dancing your way into peak fitness, then our Zumba class is exactly what you need. Zumba fitness classes are fast-paced cardio fitness classes that fuse Latin dance moves from salsa, merengue, and flamenco – with a little bit of hip hop, belly dancing and martial arts. The result is a heart pumping, calorie-burning workout that feels more like a party!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice, it follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa.

Core Flow Yoga

The term “flow” is the first clue as to how this style is integrated. Vinyasas are taken between sequences of poses, building heat in the body as it moves. Poses are specific towards core and back strengthening, so you can expect a lot of high and low plank, boat pose, back bends, and side planks!

Restorative Yoga

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses and is supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
