Please bring your own mat and towel for yoga
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel your class less than 12 hours, your card will be charged a flat fee of $10 or a session will be removed from your package.
Classes will be cancelled if no one schedules 12 hours prior
Deep stretch yoga is the perfect way to wind down after a long day. Mainly floor postures, this class allows for gentle exploration of stretches and poses that are designed to promote relaxation and a deeper connection to your yoga practice. All are welcome, this class is appropriate for all experience levels.
Power Yoga is an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice, it follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa.
The term “flow” is the first clue as to how this style is integrated. Vinyasas are taken between sequences of poses, building heat in the body as it moves. Poses are specific towards core and back strengthening, so you can expect a lot of high and low plank, boat pose, back bends, and side planks!
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses and is supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
